- If the listing satisfies the verification criteria, the listing can display a Verified badge with a summary of the checks performed.
What the Verified badge does not mean
Verification is designed to improve transparency. It is not a guarantee of ownership, indefeasible title, boundary accuracy, planning approval, structural condition, future registration success, or the absence of litigation or third-party claims. Buyers should instruct their own lawyer, surveyor, valuer, engineer or other professionals where appropriate.

If a sale is completed through the platform's escrow-supported process, the platform success fee is 2% of the completed sale price unless a different written arrangement applies.
